Going down the aisles of a supermarket isn't always fun… Here are some quick and easy size comparisons to help you remember how many servings of milk products you've got in your cart without having to measure a thing. Don't strain your brain! Get the milk products your family needs in a flash!

Milk

1 serving = 250 mL (1 cup)
Just put a 2 litre carton of milk in your shopping cart to get 8 servings of milk products.

Yogurt

1 serving = 175 g (¾ cup)
Sometimes it's difficult to find your favourite yogurt among the huge variety of delicious flavours on display, but one thing's for sure: a 650 g container provides almost 4 servings of milk products.
