Teens and pre-teens from 9 to 18 need 3 to 4 servings of Milk and Alternatives every day.
Adults from 19 to 50 need 2 servings of Milk and Alternatives every day.
Adults 51 and over need 3 servings of Milk and Alternatives every day.
